SeqMonitor app for iPhone and iPad

SeqMonitor is a simple but powerful application that allows you to interactively monitor your sequencing runs from Illuminas HiSeq 2000 sequencers. Use it to monitor one or more sequencing instruments in real time from your iPhone or iPad. View all of the important metrics as they are generated, including densities, intensities, phasing/pre-phasing, alignment rates, error rates, quality scores and images. View data by cycle, by lane or by flowcell. All charts are interactive.
SeqMonitor should be used in conjunction with the SeqMonitor Web Service, which is freely available to install. Please contact Illumina Tech Support. A Mock Server is built in to the application that allows you to explore the applications functionality without connecting to the SeqMonitor Web Service.
